How comfortable are you with yourself?

Often, people think it is okay to tell you how you should look, especially if you are a woman. You are either too thick, too thin, too tall, too short, too dark or too pale... and the truth is that you are always going to be. The question is: are you okay with that?

Can you live with the fact that you will always be criticized no matter the circumstances?

Because it is something you will never be able to change.

I am sure many of you have experienced the situations mentioned above.

I personally have.

I have been too thick for the industry, too thin for society, too tall everywhere I went (of course I’m 1.81 meters), I’ve never been too short (that no lol) and depending on which country I am, I am either too dark or too pale.

Actually, none of this really matters.

It is okay to be you.

You can free yourself from the opinion of others and if someone makes you feel that the way you are is not enough, I am sorry to tell you this but you have allowed it.

So many women have to deal with this issue on a daily basis and the consequences are often harmful to their well-being.

Ask yourself:

How comfortable are you with yourself?

How comfortable are you when you look at yourself in the mirror?

How comfortable are you when you are not wearing any makeup?

How comfortable are you when you are not wearing any clothes?

There are no right or wrong answers to those questions. The way you feel solely depends on you.

If you are satisfied with your answers, then you are on the right path. If you are not, then there is something you can do about it.

Remember, being beautiful is much more than having a good-looking physique.

 It's a state of mind.
